At WaverleyG, we do not mind if you have changed your mind and want to exchange or return the item(s) you have purchased. See below guidelines for your exchange or return of good(s).

Up to 20 days to return/exchange the item(s) back to WaverleyG.

Once you have received your goods, you have up to 15 days to inform WaverleyG of your decision. If you do not inform WaverleyG within the timeframe, you will not be legible for exchange or return of your item(s).

Please notify WaverleyG of your decision to exchange/return your goods via mobile 07803 855 768 or email support@waverleyg.com stating your order number. Note: please enclose a copy of the packaging slip when exchanging/returning your parcel.

Items must be in its original new condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered with the original tags and placed in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the postage cost of the item(s), WaverleyG will not be financially responsible for this cost.
