At WaverleyG. we don't mind if you have changed your mind and want to return or exchange the item(s) you have purchased.  See below guidelines for your credit or exchange of good(s).

You have upto 20 days to return the item(s) you have purchased.  You must inform WaverleyG. of your decision to return or exchange your item(s) no later than the 15th day of when you received your item(s).  If you do not inform WaverleyG. within that timeframe, you will not be legible to return or exchange your item(s).  All item(s) must be in it's original condition eg unused, undamaged, with the sales receipt, and returned in the original box(es) the item(s) was sent to you in.

WaverleyG. will NOT be responsible for the postage cost of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, this is your financial responsibility.

WaverleyG. do not charge a handling fee for returned or exchanged item(s). Once WaverleyG. have received your item(s), your request will be processed within 7 days.  Your account will be credited to include the full cost of your original purchase eg. item cost £45.00, plus the delivery cost £8.00.  If you would like to exchange your item(s), WaverleyG. will share the additional delivery cost, eg £8.00 for the additional delivery cost, WaverleyG. will charge you only £4.00.
